raby mere

i fished raby mere on sunday .picked what i thought was a nice enough peg .and fished the pole at 12 metres ,and was getting about 5ft depth .but the day was crap .couldent get a regular pattern of feeding fish ,and ended up with just a bag of bits ,best roach being about 9ozs ,ive done better than this in the depths of winter lol.wont be doing here much on the psac card ,have to try the roadside ponds soon .

hi Dan, i live by raby mere and i go down to the water regularly on my bike!.. i have never seen large bags of fish from the water but it could be a stunning place to fish if it was stocked well!...the best sighting of fish i have seen in there was last summer when i saw 3 big carp on the top feeding!! they all looked in double figure's!!
