Just spoke to head bailff. Yes pike still in there and the pond has now got the all clear to fish after being closed due to algae. It is going to be netted next month sometime to do a stock take. There was talk at an AWAC meeting to get rid of the pike. I aksed the bailiff if they were going to kill the pike when they net it and his response was that it was just to do a stock take of whats in there. It would be good to try and get there when its being netted to make sure they dont "dispose" of the pike there and then.

well at least you got out. went to spin it few months back but it was advised not to fish it. Where did you fish. I believe the far end is a bit deeper and have seen some spinners hanging in the tress there. Tighter lines on the Dee

It was reported on another thread that the netting was cancelled due to the pond being frozen.

Well done that man. Thanks for posting pics. Just replenished my lusox lure which lost a fish then got snagged up the top end last time there. May even have a go on the fly rod sometime.

Neil. Could you edit your post and make the pictures smaller at all ?. I know it makes the fish look smaller  but at least we get to see the whole fish. not sure if you can just resize them or if you need to insert them again and choose small or medium size on the Insert Image tab. cheers
