we fished milton green today, fished with the wind behind us, although it was not that cold today.
fished at about 8mtrs out, against some rushes, fed in sloppy pellets, and maggot on the hook, started catching almost from the off, with roach, perch, and carp ( f1s )
we had a good day, steve and me, had a few good laughs whilst there, farmer Nigel, came over with his son Jim, and advised us to move somewhere else, to catch more, and he gave sound advice.
we really enjoyed the day, chatting away, about where to go next.
We thinks chester lakes is on the cards next.
