four oaks

 went to four oaks today ( petes pool )and couldnt believe the days fishing , best day ever since taking fishing back up , fished on the disabled peg ( would have moved if needed to ) on the pole at 11mt on the bottom and double red maggot  to the reeds , fish a chuck , chub to 2lb , carp to 6lb , two tench , skimmers , perch ,roach , rud , gudgeon , swtched to the tip using 2 dead red maggots burried in a method feeder and just the same , fish a chuck to the island , made 4 friends whilst there , 2 hens a cat and a jack russel , great days fishing proberly a 40lb bag all for £6

now having a chinnese and a large vodka

Hi Wend/Fran,

That small pond at 4 Oaks really restores confidence, stuffed with fish, fish close in on pellet, and you cannot fail to catch.

As for cats, .........no I won't put that comment on, other than that I hope they don't come near me!!!,

What use are cats!!!!, all they do is crap in someone else's gardens!!

and heres me thinking its cos i got my set up and tactics right ,, like was posted before after not fishing for many years and a few bad days on the river or local fishery its a confidence booster to go and catch a bag full , overstocked , no , a good days fishing , yes
