Went for a couple of hours tonight to use up some maggots.dad would not let me take my pole so i fished with a maggot feeder on peg 8 on match lake and bagged up on barbel (i lost count after 15 )I also had 2 bream,had a great time but it was so cold in the wind.

Yes.  It is well worth a visit as i have had loads of Barble over 4lb and my 2 best are a 5lb 3oz and a 5lb 5oz .Ive had carp to 9lb and tench to 3 1/2 and chub to just over 3lb loads of bream up to 4lb aswell as F1's, roach and rudd. I mainly fish the match lake as they are a bigger average size.I normally fish it tight to the margins with meat,maggot or pellet. Good luck and tight lines Sarah
