lingmere is fishing really good because i was fishing on the match lake and i caught:
4 tench between 1lb & 1lb 8oz
3 bream all about 2lb
2 carp about 3lb
1 chub (my biggest yet) 3lb 2oz
i was fishing the margins with meat

I have not fished there for about 3 years. The killer bait for the chub was slug. Put it on a size 6 hook and just wait with a bomb next to the island.
