Planning in advance

Me and a few friends are looking at going on a fishing trip on Valentines weekend, however we aren't sure as to where to go? One we have agreed on and never been to is Denhall. But one of the guys has suggested maybe going for Pike, which too sounds good but am i right in thinking the only one local that stocks Pike in the Brickworks???

Any info regarding Denhall, as to what baits work best would be greatly appreciated, also maybe if you are aware of other fisheries on the wirral that stock Pike

The River Dee at Farndon and the River Weaver at Winsford can be good for pike.

Thanks guys :D Nice to know Brotherton Park is an option as i wasn't aware it was fishable unless i was a member of PSAC. Thanks for new info guys
