Hi Wend,

Wen't down to Lower Ridge this morning, fished peg 27 on the first pond, had a really good morning with a mixed bag of fish, half dozen Tench, one nice Crucian, loads of Ide, Chublets, Roach and Rudd.

Notice Adrian has put it up to £7.00, also noticed somthing else, but thats not for the forum.

Hope you are keeping well Wend, chin up.

Last weekend as a single guy again, wifes back from USA on Wednesday, so off into town for a few beers!!

When you off to Stratford, I am there for 10 days, on Riverside Caravan Park, 24th July to 03rd August, lovely site with River Taxis going into the center of Stratford.

Yes went there last year, liked it so much going back again for 10 nights, fantastic site, the fishing was not too good during the day as the River was Gin Clear, some nice Roach though, you need to pick the locals minds to find the best Barble spots, but then again best fished at night. There is some nice spots to fish on the way into Stratford, you must try the River Taxi's, to see the spots, and see the houses and how the other half live.

There is a good commercial fishery only a couple of miles away, cant remember the name of it at the mo, look forward to seeing you there, Me the missus and the Grandaughter are going, will have to meet up for a drink and chat.

Hi Wend,

Just got back from Tewkesbury, had a good week down there, no fishing though due to the close season, off out this morning probably to Yew Tree, my Grandaughter will be 15 in July.

Called in at Stratford while I was down there, they have put some new Holiday homes along the riverside, so pitches there will be at a premium, hope you get one.
