fished lower ridge today ,wish i hadnt bothered lol ,very windy ,ultra cold n wet ,fished the pole at 6 metres couldent hold it steady at 7 or 8 ,fished the margins got 2 chub 3 ide 7 roach and snapped up twice but never saw what they where ,just a big pull of elastic then pwang ,trust me first time out in weeks and its horrible ,but as they saying goes u gotta be out there doing it u dont catch fish from ya armchair .
