First time at damhead lane.

Went to damhead lane today...lovely fishery.  Before i start many , many thanks to Roger. He made me feel right at home , showed me around, gave me some  hints and tips as well as a nice chat , even made me a lovely cuppa.  Anyways back to the fishing, Very ,very windy..i never took the right gear really so i didnt do very well 3 or 4 lil silvers and a few small skimmers. kevin and steve appeared  and they gave me some cracking tips  and advice, i changed to the pole with red maggot and started to catch  again (id had about 1 hour where i hadnt had anything) so many thanks once again guys :)
Even with the weather and odds against me i still had a lovely day and definately will go again .

Cant wait for the warmer weather to appear though lol.

apart ftom the min tsunamis and the hurricanes bro its looking sweet.. only joking bud its looking good my friend, and good luck for the match .
